Dorothy Larios -Executive Retreat Coach

On her return to Britain in 2000, Dorothy added training in personal and executive coach to her nursing and voluntary sector career path.

Helping others to unravel the complexities of their lives, whilst still being surrounded and immersed in them, prompted Dorothy to develop the concept of the 'Coaching Retreat'. She believes that most of us benefit enormously from stopping and stepping outside our normal environment - even for a short time.

Inviting her clients to step outside the home or office to meet and work with her in beautiful rural settings suddenly opened up a whole new way to communicate!

Dorothy has taken the original 'Retreat' Concept and created the modern day retreat by adding: beautiful surroundings, comfortable venues, personal coaching and a range of complementary health therapies. With Rest of Your Life, your possibilities are endless...

Ingrid Gibbens- Reflexologist

Ingrid is a therapist trained in reflexology, reiki and Indian head massage. She works with an established and varied client base including executives, managers, sportspeople and patients with cancer. Ingrid offers her services as part of the "Design Your Own Retreat" package. She can be available for half, full day and two-day retreats. Ingrid trained at the Raworth College in Dorking, Surrey in 1998 and she is a member of the Association of Reflexologists and the London Centre Of Indian Chapissage International.

Rachel Lynne - Holistic Therapist

Her own experience of serious illness developed in her an interest in holistic therapies. After gaining a BSC (HONS) Nursing at Brighton university she worked with clients who experience both complex mental and medical conditions which highlighted the delicate balance of using conventional medicine for serious disorders without causing unwelcome side effects.

The cornerstone to Rachels' philosophy is that treating illness is not just about prescribing medicine but about taking an holistic approach. Conventional medicine and complementary therapies when working alongside each other and backed by a therapist who has a deep understanding of both systems, can bring relief and healing on every level.
