 Celebrate the New Year by setting Intentions you can keep! January 11th 2009

A telephone bridge line -start time 2pm GMT or 9am Eastern USA

  finish time 5pm GMT 12 noon Eastern USA

Come to the call at the top of each hour for somewhere between 10 and 13 minutes. Use the time between calls to have your own retreat in the place of your choice.

Your retreat coach will help you set up and create what you most need during the morning. Create a space for yourself that includes no phone calls, visits to your fridge, interruptions by guests or clients.

Tell everyone you've gone away and are not at home. Or that you are having the house fumigated and not to stop by.

Gather together the following items: a candle, your journal, some music, beautiful bath salts, a photo of yourself, some of your favorite poetry or inspirational reading.

Let’s join together to leave behind what we can from 2008 and live with clear intentions in 2009

March can be wild and windy, dull and dreary or we can choose March to be the month of thinking and acting with focus and mindfulness.
